About

I'm Natalie Rossi, based in Fremantle, WA. I help small ecommerce and retail teams spend less time on repeat questions and manual shop tasks. I keep things simple, work with the tools you have, and build around how your team works. In our first chat, I'll ask what takes up your day, where work gets stuck, and what you'd like to change. We can look at your shop and map out a small, useful place to start. I'll explain what could help, what needs a human touch, and what I'd need from you before we agree on the next step.

Project example

The problem
In this illustrative project, I'd help a small business running an online shop alongside a retail store. Staff were answering the same delivery and returns questions while copying order details into a shared spreadsheet. I'd focus on the gaps that left customers waiting and made it hard for staff to see what needed attention.
What was implemented
I'd build a Tidio chatbot using approved delivery, returns and product information, with a clear route to a person for exceptions. I'd connect WooCommerce to Google Sheets through n8n so staff could track orders needing attention without copying details by hand. I'd use Claude to help draft plain language answers for staff to check, keeping customer details out of that drafting process. Before launch, I'd test common questions, missing information and failed workflow steps with the team.
The outcome
In this example, I'd expect routine questions to be easier to handle and outstanding tasks to be clearer. Staff could spend less time searching across systems and more time helping customers with unusual requests. I'd check those assumptions with the team rather than treat them as assured results.

Experience

I've spent several years building practical automations for small online shops and retail teams. My work has covered customer enquiry flows, order updates, product information and the everyday admin that sits between a shop and its support inbox. I've worked with owners who manage everything themselves and teams sharing customer service duties. I focus on clear processes, sensible access controls and systems that people can comfortably maintain.

Support and handover

I hand over plain language notes, workflow maps and clear steps for updating chatbot answers. I run a practical training session using everyday shop tasks, including what to do when something fails. After delivery, I offer agreed support for questions, fixes and small changes as the team settles in.

Some parts worked well, but the timeline slipped and scope needed rework.

Very organised. The handover session meant our team could manage it ourselves.
