TalkAI connects Australian businesses with people who build practical AI and automation. You describe the problem, a person reviews the fit, and you agree the work directly with the specialist.

Step 1: Find a specialist, or ask us to help choose
Browse specialist profiles and filter by the problem you want solved, your industry, the software you use and hourly rate. Not sure who fits? Fill in the Help me choose form and Talk Digital will look for someone suitable.
Step 2: Book a free 15-minute consultation
On a profile, choose Book a free 15-minute consultation, describe what you need and when suits you, check it and send. You sign in with your email (no password) so the specialist knows the request is genuine. It shows as received until a time is agreed with you by email, then confirmed. It is free.
Step 3: Agree the work before it starts
After the free consultation, if you want to go ahead, you agree scope, price, timing and payment directly with the specialist, in writing, before any work begins. TalkAI does not take payments.
For AI and automation specialists
Freelancers and small agencies can apply to be considered. Every application and profile is reviewed by a person.
Step 1: Apply
Tell us about your experience, the tools you use, the industries you help and a project example. Applying is free.
Step 2: Get reviewed and build your profile
Talk Digital reviews your application. Sign in with the same email to see its status and prepare a private profile, then submit it for review.
Step 3: Get published and receive requests
Once your profile is approved and you have agreed to public display, Talk Digital can publish it. Businesses can then request a free 15-minute consultation with you, which you can accept or decline.

What is TalkAI?
TalkAI helps Australian businesses find people who can set up practical AI and automation, such as connecting your software, handling routine enquiries or cutting down manual reporting. It is a small pilot run by Talk Digital.
Who is it for?
Small and medium businesses, especially marketing agencies, online stores, trades, professional services, hair and beauty, and real estate. Other businesses are welcome to ask.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Describe the problem in your own words, for example "we copy every order into our accounts by hand". The specialist works out the technical side and explains it in plain language.
How much does it cost?
Browsing specialists, sending an enquiry and the first 15-minute consultation are free, and TalkAI does not take payments. Each specialist shows an indicative hourly rate for paid work after that. You agree the scope, price and payment directly with them in writing before any work starts.
How are specialists checked?
Talk Digital reviews each application and each profile before anything is published, and a profile only goes public when the specialist has agreed to it. We do not independently verify every claim or project result, so ask the specialist about their experience before you agree to work together.
Is the free consultation booked straight away?
Not straight away. Your request for a free 15-minute consultation shows as received, awaiting confirmation. Talk Digital and the specialist agree a time with you by email, then it shows as confirmed in My requests. Nothing is paid for, and a specialist can decline.
Who sees my details?
An enquiry goes to Talk Digital. A consultation request goes to the specialist you chose and to Talk Digital. Your details are never shown publicly. The privacy notice explains this in full.
