Project example

The problem

In this illustrative project, I helped a small digital marketing agency whose staff were copying campaign data into reports by hand. Each person used a different format, and missing context led to extra questions. I needed to simplify the process without losing the team's judgement about what the results meant.

What was implemented

I set up a shared reporting structure in Notion, with clear owners and a consistent place for campaign notes. I used Zapier to move approved reporting inputs into the workflow and prompt staff when their input was needed. GA4 supplied the campaign data, while ChatGPT Team helped draft plain language summaries from selected, non-sensitive inputs. I added a human check before anything was shared and trained staff on the process.

The outcome

In this fictional example, I helped the team establish a calmer reporting routine with less copying between tools. Staff had a clearer place to add context, and draft summaries were easier to check. The agency retained control over the final wording and interpretation.
